Social Media Fundraising Producer

The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is seeking a Social Media Fundraising Producer to implement social media and fundraising initiatives for CBN International.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Strong working knowledge of social media campaign strategies
• Strong working knowledge of fundraising principles and practices
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong knowledge of cross-cultural environments
• Ability to manage budgets for social media, fundraising and production projects
• Knowledge of television production and post production
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Critical thinker with ability to conceptualize, execute and complete a plan
• Flexible with ability to work well under pressure, multi-task projects, and consistently meet deadlines
• Self- motivated with ability to work independently and as an effective member of a team
• Strong ability to organize and interpret large amounts of campaign performance data
• Ability to build internal relationships and effectively communicate, interact and liaise across departmental boundaries
• Ability to travel
