Day one of the Senate impeachment trial set a contentious tone as lawmakers spent hours battling over the trial rules laid out by Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell. Capitol Hill correspondent Abigail Robertson says ahead of the trial kickoff she felt led to pray.

Robertson is on today's CBN News Daily Rundown with a recap of day one, some insight into how CBN is covering the trial, and a look at some of the more bizarre requirements Senators must adhere to during the proceedings.
