America's get-tough-on-crime policies are packing prisons and jails to a near bursting point. Hundreds of thousands of regulations carry criminal penalties and it is causing the U.S. to be the world leader in its incarceration rate. 

But it's costing American taxpayers hundreds of billions of dollars each year. Senior Washington correspondent Jennifer Wishon has been following how the current crises gripping our country point to the overcriminalization of America.  She's on today's CBN News Daily Rundown.
