The city of Philadelphia shut down a Catholic foster care agency for failing to comply with its anti-discrimination policy. It all started with a news article. Catholic Social Services told a reporter that it would not place a child with a same-sex couple, but would instead refer them elsewhere. Now they're fighting to be able to help children at all in the City of Brotherly Love. The Supreme Court heard this religious liberty case Wednesday.
