COVID-19 Vaccinations Hit 4 Million Milestone

April 19th could be the day that every adult in the U.S. becomes eligible to receive a COVID-19 vaccination.

That's about two weeks earlier than President Biden's original May 1st deadline. 

The president is set to announce this news, late Tuesday afternoon. 

That's the good news, as close to 3 million people are getting vaccinated each day and more than 18 percent of the population is now fully vaccinated. 

But infection rates are up and hospitalizations are still increasing.
