Corporate Prayer
- One individual does not an army make!
- Matthew 6 – The Lord’s prayer is corporate.
- "Our Father…give us…our daily bread
- Forgive us our debts,
- As we also have forgiven our debtors
- And lead us not into temptation,
- But deliver us from the evil one."
- All based on agreement.
- Not me and mine, but rather, us and ours.
- Ephesians 3.10 – "That the manifold wisdom of God might now be made known through the Church."
- 1 John 4.17 – "Because as He is, so also are we in this world."
- Romans 8.26-27 – We don’t know how to pray.
- 1 Corinthians 14.2 – Speak mysteries to God.
