Grandma Margaret is a huge Tim Tebow fan. However, when she suffered a massive stroke she knew the chances of her seeing Tebow in action on the baseball field were very slim.

That's when her grandson, Danny Terp, decided to bring Tebow to her.

Terp went to one of Tebow's minor league baseball games with the St. Lucie Mets and asked him to give his grandmother a shout out while he was greeting fans.

"Can you say hi to my grandma? Can you say, 'Hello, Ms. Margaret?'" Terp eagerly asked while pointing his camera at Tebow.

"What's up, Ms. Margaret, it's Tim Tebow. Hope you're having a great day, God bless," Tebow responded.

When Terp replayed the video for Grandma Margaret, those simple words were enough to bring a big smile to her face.

The video of her reaction is going viral.

"That's something to hear him say your name," Grandma Margaret says in the video.

Terp later tweeted about Tebow's kind words.

"Shoutout to Tim for the shoutout to his biggest fan," he wrote. "Definitely made my Grandma's day. Biggest smile she's had since her stroke."
