Fifteen years ago, Natalie exercised on a somewhat regular basis and appeared to be fit.  She had mild stomachaches, painful bloating and intense cramping followed by excessive fatigue.  After multiple doctor visits, Natalie discovered she had celiac disease.  She changed her eating habits to natural foods; however, after the influx of gluten-free processed foods, Natalie turned to these new, packaged foods.  “They tasted great but they were the culprits behind my weight gain.”  Several years after her diagnosis, Natalie hit rock bottom.  The financial market turned downward, her marriage was falling apart, she was working 60-hour work weeks in sales and she was about to give birth to her daughter.  She had already gained 50 pounds on her 5’ 2” frame and still had another month left in her pregnancy.  After her baby was born 8 years ago, Natalie was walking past a mirrored window in a shopping center and caught of glimpse of herself.  “That was the final straw,” she says.  “I saw stuff hanging in places it never had before. I didn’t recognize myself.”  After serious soul searching, Natalie decided to take personal responsibility for her situation.  “I knew that nutrition was key…I would give up gluten the way I had in the first place, by unprocessing my diet and my lifestyle,” she says.  With her busy lifestyle, Natalie knew she wouldn’t be able to take on any extreme or excessive diet.  “I was in it for the long haul,” says Natalie.  She put together a diet that worked for her. 

As time went on, Natalie shared what she was doing on Facebook.  “I turned to Facebook as my accountability.  People were really interested and it gave me a sense of purpose,” she says.  From her first posts, people began asking how she made her recipes and if she had a recipe book.  So one weekend she gathered the photos, created her own website and started selling her original 7 Day Jump Start – The Plan from the site.  The Plan became so successful in helping people that she later expanded it and wrote 7 Day Jump Start – Unprocess Your Diet, which includes a brand new meal plan and 84 fat burning recipes.   At 39, Natalie became a fitness model and ended up on the cover of several magazines.  Now in her mid 40s, Natalie is in the best shape of her life.  Once she got control of her nutrition, she got the healthy body she was after.  She was able to turn her problems into opportunities and found solutions that worked.  “All this came from my rock bottom place, which, as it turns out, is a great place to rebuild.”


Natalie says people get excited when they see weight fall off the first week.  “After 7 days, the average person has increased energy and is encouraged enough to go on,” she says.  “Do this for 7 days and I will teach you the habits to change your life forever.”  Natalie will show us:
