Health Shocker! Lose Weight Simply by Eating Earlier in the Day


Believe it or not, even if you eat the same number of calories, you'll lose more weight if you eat them earlier in the day rather than later on.  This according to Dr. Michael Roizen, Cleveland Clinic's Chief Wellness Officer and author of What to Eat When.

As the guest of this episode of Healthy Living, hosted by CBN's Medical Reporter Lorie Johnson, Dr. Roizen explains why we should eat our biggest meal of the day eight hours before bedtime and why he recommends eating dinner for breakfast! 

Dr. Roizen also explains the problem of insulin resistance and how we can avoid it and shows us how to make delicious, healthy and inexpensive foods.
