Sen. Mike Braun: 'Build Back Better' Way More Expensive, Hurts Faith-Based Child Care Providers
Indiana's Sen. Mike Braun joined CBN News' Faith Nation this week to address major concerns facing Congress right now, from the Democrats raising the debt limit to President Biden's "Build Back Better" agenda.
The Congressional Budget Office evaluated the Build Back Better plan and found that it's way more expensive than its nearly $2 trillion price tag. That's fueling even more GOP opposition, and even some Democrat opposition, to the plan.
In addition to the high cost, Braun is concerned that Build Back Better will negatively impact faith-based child care providers.
He also addressed the negative impact of inflation on ordinary Americans which may also be the thing that kills any hope of West Virginia Democrat Joe Manchin signing on to Build Back Better.
