Los Angeles Clippers center DeAndre Jordan helped Team USA take home the gold in the Rio de Janeiro Olympic games.
"We want this really bad for us and our country," Jordan said before competing.
Jordan's faith is one of the major factors getting him through stressful times in life, like competing in the Olympics.
The NBA star has part of the Sermon on the Mount tattooed on his chest. In a recent interview for The Cauldron he said that the most amazing thing about having faith is being able to live freely in Jesus Christ.
"You no longer need to worry about what has happened, what might happen, or what you want to happen; you simply need to be a good person and work hard, because you know God has a plan for you," Jordan said.
