American weapons could be in the hands of at least one al Qaeda-linked group.

Credible reports coming out of Syria say the al-Nusra Front, an al Qaeda-backed affiliate, has taken over the headquarters of the Syrian rebels backed by the Obama administration.

According to the reports, al-Nusra captured large swathes of land from the Syrian Revolutionaries Front over the weekend. The rebels surrendered after five days of fighting, with some of the U.S.-backed rebels joining al-Nusra and others fleeing.

The concern is that the U.S.-supplied weapons, including TOW anti-tank missiles, are now be in the hands of al-Nusra.

Meanwhile, the number of people murdered by ISIS continues to rise. On Monday, the group shot dead 36 Sunni tribesmen, women and children.

That according to an Iraqi official, who says Monday's killings brings the number of people from this tribe murdered by the terrorists to 200.
