Texas Shooter's Neighbor Says Her Family Was Afraid of Him

A neighbor of the gunman who killed seven people in west Texas says her family was afraid of him.

Rocio Gutierrez told reporters Seth Ator would go out at night shooting at animals and they feared he might start shooting at them.

An FBI agent described the suspect's residence as strange and said it reflected his mental state ahead of the shooting spree.

Ator was killed by police outside an Odessa movie theater on Saturday after opening fire on state troopers during a traffic stop and then fleeing, shooting at random passers-by and vehicles.

Kris Brown, the president of the Brady Campaign, a bipartisan advocacy group focused on putting an end to gun violence, appeared on Tuesday's edition of CBN News' Faith Nation to discuss the Texas shooting and Walmart's recent announcement that the retailer would no longer sell some ammunition.
