Stand & Pray Devotional - Day 39

“Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, and whose hope is the Lord. For he shall be like a tree planted by the waters, which spreads out its roots by the river, and will not fear when heat comes; but its leaf will be green, and will not be anxious in the year of drought, nor will cease from yielding fruit.” -- Jeremiah 17:7-8CloseJeremiah 17:7-8 "But blessed are those who trust in the LORD  and have made the LORD their hope and confidence. DAY 39: "Secure in Him"

There is no fear in love because perfect love casts out fear. Today, we can rest in the security of His love. He proved His love for us when He gave us His Son. How can the One who didn’t hold back from sacrificing His own Son not care for us faithfully, lovingly and perfectly? Lord, today, we worship You, and thank You for Your unfailing love.
