Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but a longing fulfilled is a tree of life. Whoever scorns instruction will pay for it, but whoever respects a command is rewarded. DAY 75: "Longing for the Lord's Will"

We all long for a return to normal. We want life to return to the way it was before the pandemic. But there is a better longing, one that is sure to be fulfilled. That is a longing for God’s will to be done on earth as it is in heaven. Lord, we pray that prayer today. In every area of our lives, in every neighborhood, town and city in this country, we pray that Your kingdom would come and Your perfect will would be done.
