Obama vs. Thune, Who's Got Game?

The other day, Chief Political Correspondent David Brody and I spent the day on Capitol Hill, following Sen. John Thune around.

He is a busy guy! I was exhausted.

Thune is getting a lot of media attention right now. He says he'll decide by the end of the month if he will make a run for the White House in 2012.

David Brody got him to talk a little bit about something he shares with President Obama - a love for the game of basketball.

Thune says he is still a big fan of the game. He occasionally plays for charity. He also says basketball was a big part of his formative years, and that he's a big believer in competitive athletics. "A lot of good life lessons there," he says.
