President Obama's press conference today was rescheduled from 11:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
He's just wrapped up a briefing on the earthquake in Japan and the tsunami warnings in the Pacific.
The President was briefed by Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano and FEMA Administrator Craig Fugate. His senior staff and officials provided him with an update on the situation, including preparations and actions being taken in the U.S. states and territories that are affected.
I'm headed to the press conference now. More later, so stay tuned.
