Ted Cruz Tells Brody File: Hecklers Were An Orchestrated Attack

In an exclusive interview with The Brody File, Sen. Ted Cruz says the people who showed up to heckle him at the Values Voter Summit on Friday were part of an orchestrated attack.

“Oh, I think it clearly was and they sent in a series of organizers hecklers about every two or three minutes to disrupt the speech,” Cruz tells The Brody File. “You know, I'm actually encouraged by that, as strange as that sounds. I'm encouraged by that because it shows that they are afraid. They are afraid of the thousands of men and women who gathered there. They're afraid of the American people hearing the truth and so they want to disrupt it. If they want to engage in a debate on ideas, they lose. Their ideas don’t work.”
