Today is Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens' last day on the bench. The Court will be handing down their final cases for this term.

Meanwhile, a hop, skip and a jump away, the woman President Obama has nominated to take Stevens' spot on the bench, Elena Kagan, starts her confirmation hearings in the Senate.
