So let me get this straight. Michael Steele becomes the first African American to lead the Republican National Committee and it winds up on page A10 in The New York Times.
As you may know, I was out of the office last week and I pick up the New York Times to read to my six year old daughter (ok, maybe not) and I’m waiting for the big front page headline on Michael Steele. Nothing. Nada. Zilch. Figures.
How is that not a front page headline? For those who believe there is major media liberal bias out there, they now have another exhibit to display.
As for the Steele victory, I understand I’m a little late to the party because it happened late last week but let me just say that this is probably exactly what the GOP needs. They need a fresh face, a different face, a great communicator and someone willing to mix it up. Get a little physical in the lane if you NBA fans know what I mean. Steele will “bring it”
