The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals has always been a liberal playground for social experiments. President Trump is finding out all about their liberal leanings after they refused to reinstate his temporary travel ban.
The Brody File actually traveled to San Francisco years ago and talked to some of the Ninth Circuit judges. One of them told me that political activism is alive and well inside the appellate court.
Here is an excerpt from my story:
Judge Clifford Wallace was appointed by President Richard Nixon. He's considered a judge that values judicial restraint. CBN News asked Wallace whether he believes there is judicial activism on this court. His response? "Yes. I think there is. I don't think they feel they are activists but in my view I think there is some activism."
