Amid new outbreaks of COVID-19 in Iran, Italy and South Korea, the World Health Organization is reiterating that this strain of the coronavirus disease is not a pandemic--yet. Meanwhile, US health officials warned Tuesday that the spread of the virus appears inevitable and it's no longer a matter of if that happens in the US, but when.
