Iran says it will aggressively push for a nuclear weapon if sanctions on its country are not lifted.

The rare warning coming from Iran's intelligence minister who insists Iran's nuclear ambitions have always been for peaceful purposes but says that could now change if crippling international sanctions remain in place.

The announcement comes days after President Biden said the U.S. will not lift sanctions against Iran unless the country stops enriching uranium.

But as CBN News Middle East Bureau Chief Chris Mitchell explains a centuries-old Islamic prophecy could be what determines its nuclear weapons development and the final result--war.
