President Biden signed the American Rescue Plan on Thursday and now millions of Americans will start to receive relief money. Biden says that the Rescue Plan is about rebuilding the backbone of this country and giving people in this nation a fighting chance. Republicans say the $1.9 trillion bill is stuffed with left-wing spending that has nothing to do with COVID.
