The number of children alone at the border hit an all-time high in March as the Biden administration continues to roll back his predecessor's hardline immigration policies. Senior Washington correspondent Tara Mergener visited the US southern border many times under the Trump administration. She just returned from another trip, and says the flow of migrants feels "unstoppable."
