'Taxation Without Representation'

For the second straight year, the Democratically-controlled House of Representatives has passed a bill to make Washington DC the 51st state. Democrats say the 700,000 residents who live in DC deserve representation in Congress. Republicans call it a "power grab." The bill failed to make it past the Senate last year and Capitol Hill correspondent Abigail Robertson says it faces a similar uphill battle again. She's on today's CBN News Daily Rundown.
