No Room For Error

Hillary Clinton must win Texas. There's an earth shattering statement for you, but it really is that simple. If she can't win Texas, where she has roots and a long history, then as former Cowboys Quarterback and Monday Night Football host Dandy Don Meredith use to say ... "turn out the lights, the party's over."

The problem for Hillary is that the exit poll information from places like Wisconsin and Virginia doesn't look good.

Another problem is that she has to start making up delegates in a hurry which means winning big in Texas and Ohio.

The math is tough but if she can pull off wins in both of those states, she can at least make the argument that she's winning in the big states like California, New York, Texas, Ohio, Florida (ok, ok ... I know), etc. That is important because if it comes down to super delegates she's going to need a compelling reason why super delegates should go with her. Experience won't cut it. She's going to have to prove it from an electoral standpoint.

Just remember to not count Hillary out. And also remember, the media loves a great story with lots of plot twists. They especially love comeback stories, and so if March 4 becomes a big day for her, the momentum and narrative will switch in an instant.
