Sneak Peek at FOX's Live Musical Event, The Passion

This Sunday, FOX brings the Passion story to the small screen from New Orleans with a live musical event hosted by Tyler Perry and featuring performances by Jencarlos Canela (Jesus), Prince Royce (Peter), Trisha Yearwood (Mary, the mother of Jesus), Chris Daughtry (Judas), and Seal (Pontius Pilate).

Contemporary Christian music artist Michael W. Smith also appears as a disciple in The Passion. Smith recently shared his emotional experience prepping for the live event with CBN.com. Read to find out more about what happened behind the scenes.

The Passion airs on Palm Sunday, March 20, 2016, on FOX at 8/7c p.m.
