CBN Ministries in Ukraine

CBN’s Operation Blessing, Orphan’s Promise, and CBN News are on the ground in Ukraine and the surrounding countries. Thank you for blessing the Ukrainian people.

For 30 years, CBN has been preaching the gospel and offering humanitarian aid in Ukraine. Orphan’s Promise partners are operating relief centers in the cities hit hardest by war and in surrounding countries. Through these partnerships we can provide beds, food, and electricity to those in need throughout the region. Operation Blessing is on the ground distributing much-needed supplies at the border of Poland. With your help, we can continue to provide relief and hope to those in need.

Help victims of conflict and crisis now.

  • Even in dangerous circumstances, many projects in Ukraine that are supported or directly ran by Orphan’s Promise are still running. It is so important to help the children have a sense of “normalcy” with all that’s going on around them. We have been able to include refugee children and families in some of these activities at different projects throughout country. In addition to regular activities, we’re also working to provide aid to those in need. Volunteers (sometimes even children and teenagers) from many of our projects are helping to receive, pack and distribute food and hygiene kits to refugees, deliver medicine to hospitals and military camps, and help with evacuating people to safer areas. We believe that Orphan’s Promise is in Ukraine for such a time as this!
  • Hot food, beverages, and hygiene kits continue to be provided to refugees at the border and children in the Corczowa refugee center are being ministered to using Superbook.
  • The new tent in Medyka is a success, withstanding the wind, rain, and weather conditions.
  • Warehouse operations are in full swing and bring relief to communities in Ukraine, as well as supporting nearby churches in Poland who operate as refugee centers.

How you can pray with us

  • Pray for God’s miraculous protection and favor for all personnel and volunteers serving in Ukraine, especially those in occupied territories. The number of reported volunteers being kidnapped has increased.
  • Please pray for God's victory in this war and for peace throughout the entire country.
  • Pray that God will give our staff and volunteers opportunities to demonstrate the love of Christ and to share the Good News of Jesus with people they meet. Click here to pray for specific staff members..
  • Pray for more Christian translators and Volunteer Coordinators.

  • Urgent Needs

We have so many areas of need. Please click the link to GIVE NOW to help CBN stand in the gap.

  • Planting materials – the need for our SEED Project in Roma Communities has tripled, as communities are now planting food for their families and the refugees they’re taking in and sheltering.
  • Medicine & First Aid Kits – there is a shortage of medicines, and we need to replenish the stock. These kits are desperately needed.
  • Food – one of our largest needs. Our cost to provide a bag of groceries with enough to feed one person for a month (or a family of 4 for a week) is about $30.
  • Funding – funds are needed to continue supporting the work.

Our Regional Manager for The Former Soviet Union gives us a glimpse into a Gypsy camp in Ukraine. CBN’s OP Seed Project will support their community and the refugees they have taken in during this crisis.
